How to make a referral for support
Referrals can be made by families directly, or by a professional on the family’s behalf.
If you would like to make a referral for a child or young person you know, please first ensure you have parent/carer permission to share details with us, then give us a call on 0845 467 3035.
Our referrals phone line is available Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30. This is the easiest way for you to make a referral.
If for any reason we are unable to take your call, we will return your call as quickly as we can within normal working hours.
